目的了解Suresight自动屈光筛选仪的准确性及合理的使用状态。方法用Suresight自动屈光筛选仪在自然和散瞳状态下检查105例门诊儿童,并与散瞳验光作比较。结果自然和散瞳两种状态下使用Suresight自动屈光筛选仪与散瞳验光结果比较:(1)仪器测量范围内外眼数分布经统计学处理差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(2)屈光类型分布经统计学处理差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(3)相关性检验:球镜度数:自然状态下Suresight自动屈光筛选仪与散瞳检影法检出的结果球镜呈中度正相关(r=0.726),散瞳状态下结果呈高度正相关(r=0.814);柱镜度数:自然状态下呈中度正相关(r=0.782),散瞳状态下呈高度正相关(r=0.871)。(4)配对t检验:球镜度数:自然状态下t=8.649,散瞳状态下t=-1.687(P>0.05);柱镜度数:自然状态下t=-0.782,散瞳状态下t=-1.213。结论Suresight自动屈光筛选仪适用于屈光筛查,以自然状态下使用更为合理、方便。
Objectives To understand the accuracy and rational use of Suresight’s automatic refraction screen. Methods A total of 105 outpatient children under natural and mydriatic conditions were examined with the Suresight Automated Refractometer for comparison with mydriatic optometry. Results Compared with the results of mydriatic optometry in both natural and mydriatic states, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the distribution of eye number within and outside the measurement range of the instrument. (2) Refractive type distribution was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). (3) correlation test: the degree of spherical mirror: natural state Suresight automatic refraction screening instrument and mydriatic retinoscopy results showed a moderate positive correlation (r = 0.726), mydriasis results were high (R = 0.814). The degree of the cylinder was moderately positive correlation (r = 0.782) in the natural state and highly correlated in the mydriasis state (r = 0.871). (4) paired t-test: the degree of spherical mirror: t = 8.649 in natural state and t = -1.687 in mydriatic state (P> 0.05); the degree of cylinder: t = -0.782 in natural state, t = -1.213. Conclusion Suresight automatic refractive screening is suitable for refractive screening to use more natural and convenient.
