目的:采用衍生化反应,建立荧光分光光度法测定中药中二氧化硫的残留量。方法:对影响荧光强度的因素进行研究,确定最佳衍生条件。在激发波长321 nm,发射波长384 nm处测定荧光强度。结果:荧光强度与Na2SO3对照品加入量在0.999 7~17.99 nmol线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率102.3%,RSD 4.6%。结论:该法具有简便易行,快速准确,灵敏度高等特点,可为中药材二氧化硫残留量的测定提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of sulfur dioxide residues in traditional Chinese medicine by derivatization. Methods: The factors affecting the fluorescence intensity were studied to determine the optimal derivatization conditions. Fluorescence intensity was measured at excitation wavelength of 321 nm and emission wavelength of 384 nm. Results: The fluorescence intensity was linear with the addition of Na2SO3 at 0.999 7 ~ 17.99 nmol, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 102.3% and the RSD was 4.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can provide a reference for the determination of sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.
