牡丹电子集团公司的企业文化,不但有着一般企业文化所共有的内涵,作为在中国大地上发展起来的国有大型企业的企业文化,又带有中国传统伦理道德的特色。企业的社会主义性质,企业内部的人与人之间的平等亲和的关系,企业员工个体的职业道德意识和伦理行为方式,都处于东方伦理文化的氛围之中。牡丹文化是一种渗透着中国企业特有的道德义务的文化。这种道德义务,是一个与企业的运营紧密相联系的规范系统,制约着牡丹的每一个子组织和每一个个体。牡丹人在长期的职业生活中,已经把这种道德原则、规范看成是工作和生活中必不可少的部分,并日益把它们变成自己的职业行为习惯。
