本文研究了Ni粉/Ni-Zn铁氧体的导电导磁复合材料在1~1000MHz频率范围内的磁导率复合特性。结果表明,Ni粉含量在≤47.5%时,复合材料的等效μ′和μ″均符合两相复合材料的一般复合规律;当Ni粉含量≥63.3%,频率为500~1000MHz时,出现复合材料的μ′随频率上升而升高,及复合材料的μ″在一定的频段内大于两单体材料的μ″的反常现象,这是由于在一定的高频作用下,较高含量的Ni粉因高频涡流损耗所产生的热量使Ni-Zn铁氧体μ′和μ″产生变化所致。
In this paper, the magnetic permeability composite properties of Ni / Ni-Zn ferrite conductive and magnetic composite materials in the frequency range of 1 ~ 1000MHz were studied.
