为解决不规则工作面的开采难题,以4001工作面为研究对象,运用理论计算、UDEC模拟及工作面的矿压监测等分析了顶板的初次断裂步距特征及矿压显现规律。研究表明:工作面老顶自上而下逐次垮落,因此应当加强工作面上部端头的支护,并且采用大功率综采设备推进速度快,来压范围和时间明显减小,呈现整体来压特征。
In order to solve the difficult mining problems of irregular face, taking 4001 face as the research object, the characteristics of the primary fracture step of the roof and the law of the rock pressure were analyzed by theoretical calculation, UDEC simulation and mine pressure monitoring of the working face. The research shows that: the old roof collapses from top to bottom one by one, so it is necessary to reinforce the support of the upper end of the working face, and the adoption of high-power fully mechanized mining equipment can push forward rapidly and the range and time of pressure reduction obviously decrease, showing the whole Pressure characteristics.
