The newly developed 98 m ceramic abrasive automatic tunnel kiln has the features of small cross section temperature difference, large load of trolley, high output, low energy consumption per unit product and advanced control system. The automatic entry and exit system of the kiln is effectively reduced The impact of manual entry and exit on the product quality; mechanized enter system significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers; efficient waste heat utilization system significantly reduces the overall energy consumption of products, with good prospects for promotion and application.
