对步进式加热炉的散热损失进行了理论计算和数值模拟分析,通过选取工况较为复杂、分布较多烧嘴的炉顶均热段作为研究对象,模拟数据与实测数据误差为5%以内,表明了计算方法的可靠性与准确性,并以此为基础对加热炉炉体进行散热损失的计算,计算结果表明:炉顶的散热损失占炉体总散热损失的58.21%,大于炉墙和炉底散热量总和,表明炉顶具有更大的节能潜力。
The theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the heat loss of the step furnace are carried out. By selecting the soaking section with more complicated working conditions and more burners as the research object, the error between the simulation data and the measured data is within 5% , Which shows the reliability and accuracy of the calculation method. Based on this calculation, the heat loss of the heating furnace is calculated. The calculation results show that the cooling loss of the furnace roof accounts for 58.21% of the total heat loss of the furnace, And the sum of heat dissipation at the bottom of the furnace, indicating that the roof has greater energy saving potential.
