March 2003 to date, four years as a fleeting moment fleeting. But four years is the most fulfilling and rewarding part of my life. Serving as a representative of the National People’s Congress has taken a fresh spring of life for me and led me to drink in the knowledge of the political planning, development, implementation and planning and practice of state and social administration in the country concerned. Like
