我们对国产镍铬—镍硅和镍铬—考铜热电偶做过堆内辐照试验,现将结果扼要介绍如后。一、辐照前、后的电势值比较辐照前标定过的热电偶试样,在原子能所实验性重水反应堆9号中央垂直孔道内进行辐照,经热中子积分通量为1.6×10~(20)中子/cm~2,快中子(能量≥2.9兆电子伏),积分通量为4.5×10~(18)中子/cm~2的辐照考验后,将它们置于Y-300型校验分度用油炉内重新标定。结果表明,在室温至300℃校验温度范围内,辐照后热电偶的分度值,偏离标准分度表(JB-913-72)的最大值:镍铬—镍硅热电偶为3.2℃,镍铬—考铜热电偶为3.0℃,即都在标
