2001年10月27日,全国人大常委会第24次会议通过了修改《中华人民共和国工会法》的决定,一部适应社会主义市场经济新形势、体现我国法律严肃性和权威性的工会法典诞生于我国加入WTO前夕,这是全国职工政治、经济和社会生活中的一件大事。当前,学习宣传贯彻修改后的《工会法》是各级工会干部的一项重要而紧迫的任务。为此,我们将修改后的《工会法》和修改前的《工会法》按条款顺序逐条对照,作为学习的参考资料。
On October 27, 2001, the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress passed the decision to amend the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Trade Unions,” and the birth of a code of labor code that meets the new situation of the socialist market economy and reflects the seriousness and authority of our law On the eve of China’s accession to the WTO, this is a major event in the political, economic and social life of workers in the country. At present, studying and propagandizing and implementing the amended “trade union law” is an important and urgent task for trade unions and cadres at all levels. To this end, we will compare the amended “Trade Union Law” with the “Trade Union Law before the amendment” according to the order of the articles and serve as reference materials for study.
