心缩间期(Systolic Time Intervals, STI)是指心动周期中从室中隔去极化到半月瓣关闭之间的过程,STI测定是测量左心室功能的无创性检查。我们已做过100只兔的中纸速(50mm/sec)测定)。影响STI测定有多种因素,而快纸速可以减少观察人员判断准确性的误差。为了取得比较正确的数据,我们采用快纸速(100mm/sec)做了150只兔的STI测定,并观察体重、性别与它的关系,为实验研究提供参考。
Systolic Time Intervals (STIs) are the process of depolarization of the septum and closure of the semilunar valve during cardiac cycles. The STI is a noninvasive measurement of left ventricular function. We have done 100 rabbit medium paper speed (50mm / sec) determination). There are many factors that affect STI determination, while fast paper speed can reduce the discrepancy in the accuracy of the observer’s judgment. In order to get more accurate data, we use the fast paper speed (100mm / sec) to do the STI determination of 150 rabbits, and observe the relationship between body weight and sex, and provide a reference for the experimental study.
