一、自制液压机模型在讲授液压机工作原理时,所用的教具有的其内部结构被不透明的外壳遮挡,学生只能看外形,讲解原理还是靠挂图。结果,教具无助于学生对液压机工作原理的理解。有的教具虽用有机玻璃制作,但可见度小,学生仍看不清内部详细的动作过程。针对以上情况,我们自制了液压机工作原理模型,使用它,可以使学生清楚地看到两个阀门的运动情况,对学生理解液压机工作原理很有帮助。 (一)器材: 1.两个型号不同的针管(代替大、小压力缸); 2.特制玻璃三通(如图所示); 3.乳胶管三段(长短根据情况确定);
