一塚田益男先生是我往来比较密切、真诚友爱的几个日本朋友中的一个,首次见面是1983年,在东京。说起那次会见,不能不提到泽田博保和小泉正好两位朋友的竭力推荐。现在,小泉先生不在了,他一心想为中国印刷业做点事情的热忱,永远铭记在我的心头。中国印刷技术协会得到泽田博保的赞助,派出四名青年技工在他的制版所进修以后,一直在寻找派遣更多的进修生的机会。1982年泽田博保再次来访,与我们一起研讨培训技术人员、继续派遣进修生的办法。他主张,今后更多地向日本派进修生要由日本印刷技术协会作 Mr. Yutaka Tsukada is one of several Japanese friends who have frequent contacts and sincere friendships.
