现如今,新媒体在建构新媒介生态环境和信息传播格局中起着不可或缺的作用。新媒体正在以一种不可阻挡的猛势力压传统媒介,更是以其时效性、便捷性等优势迅速被公众所吸收,并为其所用。然而,对于公众来说,自身媒介素养的缺失,使新媒体无法使媒介发挥最大作用,甚至有时会产生一系列负面效应。公众自身存在问题主要突出表现在,对待媒介信息认知水平上往往较低,对待自身发布和吸收信息是非辨别缺乏理性,以及在媒介伦理道德和法律意识上更是浅薄。本文主要从新媒体视角,受众视角来浅析公众媒介素养现存问题。
Nowadays, the new media plays an indispensable role in constructing the new media ecological environment and the pattern of information dissemination. The new media is pressing the traditional media with an irresistible force. It is also rapidly being absorbed and used by the public for its advantages of timeliness and convenience. However, for the general public, the lack of their own media literacy makes the new media unable to bring the media into its full play, and sometimes even produces a series of negative effects. The problems of public self-expression are mainly manifested in that media information is often perceived at a low level, non-disambiguating and lacking in rationality in publishing and absorbing information, and even less superficial in ethics and legal awareness of the media. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of public media literacy from the perspective of new media and audience.
