50吨炼钢炉经过六年使用,齿轮传动部分仍然完好无损,这与正确组装齿轮和调整间隙是分不开的,现将我们所采用的电加热组装法简介如下:一、要求与设想50吨转炉的主轴传动齿轮,其外径为φ4299毫米,厚度为589毫米,孔径为φ770毫米,总重量为17.8吨。要求这样的大齿轮加热后孔径扩胀1.5~1.7毫米,并装入主轴,然后使其自然冷却,从而使轴和齿轮达到所要求的配合公差。起初,我们在每条轮辐上绕上导线若干圈,通以200伏的交流电压,经过三天三夜的连续送电,温度还是上不去,轴孔不扩胀,齿轮无法组装。后来对齿轮的外形结构进行了仔细的观察和分
