混凝土自锚式悬索桥具有主梁轴力大、自重大、刚度大、梁体允许拉应力小等特点,控制张拉过程中吊杆的张拉力是实现此类桥梁合理成桥状态的重要措施。文章以某双塔混凝土自锚式悬索桥为背景,研究了如何使用空间有限元软件合理模拟混凝土自锚式悬索桥的成桥状态及施工过程。结合混凝土自锚式悬索桥特点,在体系转换阶段提出了“一张一补”法吊索张拉方案,与传统方案对比,该方案在保证施工精度提高施工效率的同时,能够有效降低吊索施工过程中的张拉力。
