针对中间货运站调度机车运用特点,以南安站调度机车运用为例,分析车站调度机车运用率普遍低下的原因,从作业量下降、线路运用紧张、机车进出库次数多等方面,提出扩大调度机车运用范围、优化调车作业组织、调整列车编组计划、编制调度机车运用方案和减少机车入库整备作业次数等具体措施,达到提高调度机车运用率的效果。
According to the characteristics of locomotive dispatching at intermediate freight stations and the use of locomotives dispatched at Nanan station as an example, the reasons for the generally low locomotive deploying rate at station dispatching stations are analyzed. The reasons for the low utilization rate of locomotive depot, The scope of application of locomotives, optimization of shunting operation organization, adjustment of train formation plan, preparation of scheduling locomotive application plan and reduction of number of locomotive storage and preparation work were implemented to achieve the effect of improving the utilization rate of locomotives.
