根据脑潜能开发理论,笔者认为开发右脑潜能、维持右脑机能是开发全脑潜能的关键。以此为依据,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,深度剖析了瑜伽在促进学生右脑、全脑潜能开发方面具备的各项优势。研究后得出:瑜伽练习时对左侧肢体的强化刺激会促进学生脑潜能的开发;瑜伽的音乐、注意集中、冥想练习和有节律的呼吸等因素也能对学生脑潜能的开发产生积极的影响。最后还提出瑜伽引入体育教学、开发学生脑潜能这一研究领域的未来研究方向。
According to the brain potential development theory, I believe that the development of right brain potential, to maintain right brain function is the key to developing the potential of the whole brain. On the basis of this, using the literature data method and the logic analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages of yoga in developing students’ right brain and whole brain potential. After the study, it is concluded that the strengthening stimulation on the left limb during yoga practice can promote the development of students ’brain potential; the factors such as yoga music, attention concentration, meditation practice and rhythmic breathing can also have positive effects on students’ brain potential development influences. Finally, it puts forward the future research direction that yoga should be introduced into PE teaching and to develop students’ brain potential.
