随着城市化程度的不断加深,使得我国出现了大量的大、中型城市,同时由于我国城市人口数量激增,保证居民的住房供应已经成为整个社会共同关注的热点问题。此外,在加快城市化脚步的同时,城乡一体化建设也在迅速的推进,以及居民对住宅条件要求的不断提高,使得小区物业管理已经成为居民生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分,只要有居住小区的存在就必然要有配套的物业管理。然而,物业管理的存在给城乡居民生活提供便利及服务的同时,也存在着诸多的问题,只有采取有效的措施来解决这些问题,更好的发展物业管理工作。首先对城乡一体化进程中的物业管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关的解决对策。
