随着我国经济的快速发展,各事业单位中人才储备的越来越多,因此,事业单位中人力资源管理水平也必须相应的提高到一个新的台阶才能适应新的发展要求。国内的人才主要就是流入事业单位中,事业单位对我国经济的发展会产生重要的影响,而事业单位中对本单位人力资源管理水平的高低会直接影响其职能的发挥。本文将简要探析事业单位人力资源管理的重要性和现状,重点分析完善事业单位人力资源管理的途径。
With the rapid economic development in our country, there are more and more personnel reserves in various institutions. Therefore, the level of human resources management in public institutions must also be raised to a new level in order to meet the new requirements for development. Domestic talents mainly flow into public institutions, and public institutions have a significant impact on the economic development of our country. However, the level of human resource management in public institutions will directly affect the performance of their functions. This article will briefly analyze the importance and status quo of human resource management in public institutions, focusing on analysis and improvement of human resources management institutions.
