DC-SIGN是树突细胞表面的特异性分子,参与树突细胞迁移及与T淋巴细胞的相互作用,并能特异性捕获1型人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1),增强HIV-1对表达CD4和辅受体的靶细胞的感染,在HIV-1感染中起着非常重要的作用。本文综述了DC-SIGN的生物学特征及其介导HIV-1经性传播和血液传播感染靶细胞的机制。
DC-SIGN, a specific molecule on the surface of dendritic cells, participates in dendritic cell migration and interaction with T lymphocytes and can specifically capture HIV-1 type 1 and enhance the expression of HIV-1 Infection of CD4 and co-receptor target cells plays a very important role in HIV-1 infection. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of DC-SIGN and its mechanisms that mediate HIV-1 transmission of sexually transmitted and blood-borne target cells.
