据中国政府网消息,《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)》提出,将奶类与大豆食品等作为2014至2020年重点发展的产品。措施包括:扶持奶源基地建设,强化奶业市场监管,培育乳品消费市场,加强奶业各环节衔接,推进现代奶业建设。充分发挥我国传统大豆资源优势,加强大豆种质资源研究和新品种培育,扶持国内大豆产业发展,强化大豆生产与精深加工的科学研究,实施传统大豆制品的工艺改造,开发新型大豆食品,推进大豆制品规模化生产。
