为弄清秧田期稻水象甲卵的田间分布情况,采用6种聚集度指标法、Taylor幂法则和Iwao回归模型法,对稻水象甲卵在秧田期的空间分布型进行了研究。结果表明:稻水象甲卵在秧田期的空间分布型属于聚集型的负二项分布,聚集程度随密度增加而增加;Taylor幂法则方程:lgS2=0.608 7+1.325 6lg(m),(1.325 6>1),说明卵的聚集强度具有密度依赖性;Iwao回归方程m*=3.518 1+1.458 m,α>0,β>1,说明卵在田间分布的基本成分是个体群,个体间相互吸引,个体群的空间分布型为聚集型负二项分布,引起稻水象甲卵聚集的原因主要是其所生活的环境因素所致。根据Iwao m*-m回归关系确定卵的序贯抽样模型公式及最适理论抽样公式为N=t2(4.518 1/m+0.458)/D2,建立了精度分别为0.1、0.2和0.3时的理论抽样数表。在田间抽样方式上,以Z字形法最佳。
In order to find out the distribution of water chestnut eggs in the field, we studied the spatial distribution patterns of the water chestnut eggs in the seedling stage by six kinds of aggregation index method, Taylor power law and Iwao regression model. The results showed that the spatial distribution of eggs in the seedling stage belonged to the negative binomial distribution of aggregation type, and the aggregation degree increased with the increase of density.
