“灰色关联度分析”是研究灰色系统内部各种因素之间发展变化关联程度的一种方法,是一个系统各因素动态过程发展态势的量化分析方法。本文运用此方法来分析讨论1990—1995年间马钢集体食堂9种专顶检查扣分值的灰色关联程度,结果显示:熟食专间和食品储存最接近总体扣分趋势(R6=0.8233,R2=0.8020);其次为原料质量及粗加工(R1=0.795)及食品的销售,切配烹调过程中的卫生(R3=0.7784,R5=0.7525)。本文为进一步提高食品卫生质量和相关决策水平提供科学依据。
“Gray relational analysis” is a method to study the relationship between the development and change of various factors in the gray system, and is a quantitative analysis method of the development trend of the dynamic process of each factor of the system. This paper uses this method to analyze and discuss the gray relational degree of nine kinds of special inspection deduction scores of Masteel collective canteens during 1990-1995. The results show that: the specialty of interrogation and foodstuff storage is the closest to the overall deduction trend (R6 = 0.8233, R2 = 0.8020), followed by raw material quality and roughing (R1 = 0.795) and food sales. This article provides a scientific basis for further improving the quality of food hygiene and related decision-making.
