针对目前中型煤粉炉计算机控制系统在送风控制回路上的缺点 (即采用固定的烟气含氧量范围作为控制目标 ) ,提出了主导因素法。该方法中 ,送风控制的目标——烟气含氧量是一个变化的指标 ,它不断地由优化算法得出。优化的判据是热效率判据。该判据的推导 :从锅炉热效率的反平衡计算和炉膛能量平衡出发 ,并与实际运行数据相结合 ,舍弃了一些次要因素 ,最后得到了在送风量改变时锅炉热效率变化的趋势——热效率判据。在此基础上 ,提出了固态排渣煤粉炉运行优化主导因素法
In view of the shortcomings of the current computer control system of medium-sized pulverized coal furnace in the air supply control loop (that is, the fixed flue gas oxygen content range is used as the control target), the dominant factor method is proposed. In this method, the objective of supply air control - the oxygen content of the flue gas is a variable indicator that is continually determined by the optimization algorithm. The criterion of optimization is the thermal efficiency criterion.
