浇注排溢系统是决定压铸件表面质量与内部组织状态的重要因素。以汽车干燥器阀体为研究对象,分析了结构特征。结合浇注排溢系统的设计原则,设计出初步的浇注排溢系统。利用软件Procast进行压力铸造数值模拟,并对充型过程和模拟结果进行了缺陷分析。以此为依据,进行了铸件浇注排溢系统的优化,对优化后的铸造工艺进行了模拟。结合生产实际,成功生产出满足质量要求的铸件。
Casting overflow system is to determine the quality of die-casting surface and the internal organization of an important factor. Taking the automobile dryer body as the research object, the structural characteristics are analyzed. Combined with the design principle of pouring overflow system, a preliminary pouring overflow system is designed. The software Procast was used to carry out the pressure casting numerical simulation, and the filling process and simulation results were analyzed. Based on this, the casting pouring overflow system was optimized, and the optimized casting process was simulated. With the actual production, the successful production of castings to meet the quality requirements.
