针对唐钢物流公司远程道口控制系统存在故障率高,布线复杂难维修,单一的控制功能无法实现人机交互的问题,本文设计出了基于WinCC和OPC的远程道口控制系统。本系统中分站以S7-200 SMART为控制核心,采用以太网协议与软件PC Access SMART通信,再利用OPC技术实现与WinCC组态的人机交互界面通信。人机交互界面利用计算机自动归档、分析及处理采集的设备运行数据,为设备劣化倾向管理及点检定修提供数据支持,实现超标准报警,达到对道口设备有效监督管理和实时监控的目的。经现场运行证明,本系统运行稳定,数据通信高效可靠,人机交互界面功能齐全,易于操作,实现了系统的设计目标。
In view of the high failure rate, complicated wiring and difficult maintenance, single control function can not realize the human-computer interaction in the remote crossing control system of Tangshan Steel Logistics Company, this paper designs a remote crossing control system based on WinCC and OPC. In this system, the sub-station takes S7-200 SMART as the control core, uses Ethernet protocol and software PC Access SMART communication, and then uses OPC technology to realize the communication with HMI configured human-machine interface. The man-machine interface uses the computer to automatically archive, analyze and process the collected equipment operation data, provide data support for equipment deterioration propensity management and inspection and repair, realize exceeding standard alarm, and achieve effective supervision and real-time monitoring of crossing equipment. The field operation proved that the system is stable, efficient and reliable data communications, human-computer interface features complete, easy to operate, to achieve the system design goals.
