纸媒进军新媒体,是为了获得竞争优势。但对手不会甘居劣势,哪怕模仿也要跟进,那是为了获得竞争均势。均势极不稳定,总有媒体落入竞争劣势。把媒体竞争视为历时变化的状态,结果就有竞争优势、竞争均势、竞争劣势之别,优势还分短暂优势与持续优势。《中国记者》2014年第12期讨论了竞争的短暂优势,本期继续探讨竞争优势的劣化与持续化战略。
