Objective: To understand the epidemic characteristics and epidemic trend of brucellosis (brucellosis) among people in Zoucheng and to provide reference for the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods: The epidemiological investigation of 12 brucellosis patients in Zoucheng City during the 2011 outbreak and the related investigation of human and domestic infections were carried out descriptively. Results: There was no case report of cloth disease in Zoucheng from 1977 to 2005 for 29 consecutive years. The incidence of brucellosis was distributed in 2006-2010. In 2011, a total of 12 cases were reported, with an average annual incidence of 1.037 / There are 5 villages (communities) in 7 villages, including 6 in Jianshan community, 2 in Bei su, 1 in each of Gangshan, Qianquan, Dangshan and Xiangcheng. In the key population, 54 were positive and 4 were positive, with a positive rate of 7.4%. Sixteen domesticated goats were monitored in the key population, and no positive livestock were detected. The suspicious exposure factor may be the contact dermatitis with the infected animal. Conclusion: Zoucheng first reported the disease in 1962, and then the epidemic spread. The epidemic peaked in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and then decreased year by year. Only 2 cases were confirmed in 1977. There was no case report for the 29 consecutive years from 1977 to 2005, The epidemic situation was distributed. In 2011, the epidemic situation of brucellosis increased significantly. The epidemic situation reported 12 cases of brucellosis, and the scope of the epidemic area continued to expand.
