目的：考察康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃溃疡的疗效。方法将71例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。其中试验组41例，对照组30例。对照组患者每天服用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊1粒；试验组患者在对照组服药的基础上，口服康复新液3次/d ，10ml/次；两组均服药8w。结果试验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.7%和76.7%，试验组显著高于对照组（P<0.01），对照组出现头痛便秘各2例，试验组出现便秘2例、头痛1例。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性胃溃疡疗效显著，优于奥美拉唑单用，无明显不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective Investigate new rehabilitation fluid combined omeprazole treatment the curative ef ect of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 71 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group. 41 cases of test group and control group 30 cases.
