随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入,部分以创收为主,学校拨款为辅的高校后勤实体,在管理中引入风险目标管理模式,使得财务关系变得复杂,理财难度加大。本文主要从风险目标管理下加强高校后勤财务管理必要性出发,在总结成功经验的基础上,客观分析新形势下财务管理所面临的问题,进而找出新形势下加强财务管理的途径,以利于后勤企业提高管理水平,在确保社会效益的基础上取得更大经济效益。
With the deepening reform of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities, part of the university logistic entities, which are mainly revenue-generating and supplemented by school funding, introduce the management model of risk objectives to make the financial relationship complicated and financial management more difficult. Based on the successful experience, this article objectively analyzes the problems faced by the financial management in the new situation, and then finds out the ways to strengthen the financial management in the new situation so as to facilitate the reform of the financial management in the new situation. Logistics enterprises to improve the management level, to ensure greater social benefits on the basis of greater economic efficiency.
