初始质量约为240g的太平洋鲑鱼Oncorhynchusspp.于0 25m3的水族箱中养殖64d,水温为(15 5±3 7)℃,研究淡水养殖太平洋鲑鱼饥饿后补偿性生长效果。实验分6组,分别为对照组(每日投喂),实验1组(隔日投喂),实验2组(隔2d投喂2d),实验3组(隔4d投喂4d),实验4组(隔8d投喂8d),实验5组(隔16d投喂16d)。实验结果表明:饥饿1~4d再循环投饲组太平洋鲑鱼表现出完全补偿生长,而饥饿8~16d组太平洋鲑鱼不能补偿生长,补偿生长效果是摄食率和食物转化率同时提高的结果。
Oncorhynchus spp., An initial mass of about 240 g, was cultured in 0 25 m3 aquariums for 64 days at a water temperature of (15 5 ± 3 7) ° C. to study compensatory growth after starvation in freshwater cultured Pacific salmon. The experimental groups were divided into control group (fed daily), experimental group 1 (fed every other day), experimental group 2 (fed every 2d for 2 days), experimental group 3 (fed every 4d for 4 days), experimental group 4 (Fed 8d every 8d), experimental group 5 (fed 16d every 16d). The results showed that the Pacific salmon showed complete compensatory growth after 1 ~ 4 days of starvation, while the Pacific salmon did not compensate the growth after 8 ~ 16 days of starvation. The effect of compensatory growth was the result of the simultaneous increase of food intake and food conversion rate.
