水利工程的编标工作比较复杂,要在一个比较短的时间内编出一个切合实际的标价,其工作强度、难度都比较大。为此,施工单位的决策者和编标人员迫切希望能找到一个快速、准确的预测标价的方法。对于决策者可以减少失误,对于编标人员可以减少工作量。这种愿望运用模糊数学的方法结合典型工程是完全可以实现的。尤其是目前运用计算机计算可以在几十分钟内完成标价的预测,即使是用手算在半天内也能完成。本文从模糊数学估算公式的原理及估算步骤介绍快速估算标价(工、料)的方法。
The compilation of water conservancy projects is more complex, to be in a relatively short period of time to produce a realistic price, the intensity of its work, the difficulty is relatively large. For policy makers can reduce errors, for the staff can reduce the workload of the editor. This desire to use fuzzy mathematics combined with typical projects is completely achievable. In particular, the current application of computer calculations can be completed within a few minutes price forecast, even within half a day with the manual can be completed. In this paper, we introduce the method of fast estimation and pricing (labor, material) from the principle and estimation steps of the fuzzy mathematics estimation formula.
