目的:探讨HRCT显示听骨链的扫描技术。材料和方法:158个(85例)正常耳按不同的扫描基线、层厚、层隔分为A、B、C三组,计算三组中听骨链各部位的显示率。结果:砧骨长脚、镫骨上结构和砧镫关节的显示率在A组分别为90.9%、85.2%和84.1%,高于B组和C组,三组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用HRCT采用平行于硬腭的扫描基线以及层厚1.5mm、层隔1mm重叠扫描,应作为临床HRCT检查的扫描技术。
Objective: To explore the technique of HRCT scanning for ossicular chain. Materials and Methods: 158 normal ears (85 cases) were divided into three groups according to different scan baseline, layer thickness and layer separation. The display rate of each part in the three groups was calculated. Results: The ratio of the length of the incus, the suprascapus and the anvils was 90.9%, 85.2% and 84.1% in group A, respectively, which were higher than those in group B and C There was statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Using HRCT with a scan baseline parallel to the palate and a slice thickness of 1.5 mm and overlapping 1-mm intervals, scanning should be used as a clinical HRCT scan technique.
