我是一名踏上教师岗位七年的音乐教师,我所工作的单位是一所县级高中,因此决定了学生的生源特点:小部分来自县城,大部分学生都来自农村。因此,我主张在科学的训练方法指导下,联系学生实际,采取在尽可能短的时间内达到预定效果的教学方法和措施。如果片面追求进度而忽视了质量,这种欲速则不达的结果只能是拔苗助长。
I am a music teacher who has embarked on a teacher’s post for seven years. The unit I work for is a county-level high school. Therefore, the student’s student source characteristics are determined: a small part comes from the county town, and most students come from the countryside. Therefore, I advocate that under the guidance of scientific training methods, we should contact the students and adopt teaching methods and measures that achieve the desired results within the shortest possible time. If one-sided pursuit of progress and neglect of quality, the result of this unwillingness can only be destructive.
