非常高兴出席今天的会议,就农民专业合作社与农村合作经济发展与大家一起研讨交流。农业部经管司、全国人大农委法案室为纪念农民专业合作社法实施五周年,举办专家座谈会,就法律实施与农民专业合作社发展开展讨论,非常有意义。这对于促进法律进一步实施和加快农民专业合作社发展,必将产生重要作用。下面,我讲几点思考和建议。一、制定并实施农民专业合作社法的重大意义与作用 I am very pleased to attend today’s meeting to discuss and exchange ideas with farmers on the farmer cooperatives and rural cooperative economic development. In order to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the implementation of the Law on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives and to hold expert symposiums, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Forensic Affairs and the NPC Department of Agriculture Committee held discussions on the implementation of laws and the development of specialized farmer cooperatives. This is of great significance. This will certainly play an important role in promoting further implementation of laws and accelerating the development of farmer cooperatives.
