这一届省新闻出版局机关老干部党支部建立到现在已经四年多了,并连续三年被局党组评为先进基层党支部。我们的基本经验是: 一、持之以恒地坚持政治理论学习,形式多样地开展思想教育 这个党支部都是年过花甲、年近古稀的老同志,但他们学习政治理论的劲头不减当年,多年来形成了明显的特点。 （一）学习自觉性高。老局长梁肇唐同志年逾七旬,身患糖尿病,整日奔波工作,仍挤出时间读书看报,近几年在报刊上发表了一百多篇文章。老总编、老书记王丕玉同志在担任老干部党支部书记的数年间,身体力行培育了党支部的好学风。像老梁、老王这样年龄高学习自觉性也高的老同志,在这个党支部里不乏其人。 （二）坚持学习制度不动摇。每周的星期三下午,是党支部的学习和组织生活活动日。这项制度,上届党支部坚持八年不动摇,这届党支部坚持四年不走样。坚持政治理论学习已成为不少老同志政治生活的第一需要。
