目的:观察疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:通过高脂饲料联合酒精建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,40只大鼠随机分为正常空白对照组(10只)和模型组(30只),建立大鼠模型后再随机分为3组,模型疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊组、模型对照组、模型水林佳组。用药5周后检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),并用光镜观察肝脏组织显微结构。结果:模型疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊组血清AST、ALT、TBA、TC、TG、LDL-C、FFA、CRP、TNF-α比模型对照组明显降低(P<0.01);模型疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊组血清HDL-C比模型对照组增高(P<0.01);FFA、CRP、TNF-α模型疏肝消脂方组与模型水林佳组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊可明显改善脂肪肝大鼠肝功能及肝脏组织结构,其机制可能与降低血脂、减轻炎症反应有关。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shugan Xiaozhi Ⅲ Fang capsule on fatty liver in rats and its mechanism. Methods: Forty rats with fatty liver were induced by high fat diet and alcohol. Forty rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10) and model group (n = 30). The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Model Shuganzhizhi Ⅲ Fang capsule group, model control group, the model water Lin Jia group. The levels of serum ALT, AST, TBA, TC, TG, LDL-C, (HDL-C), free fatty acid (FFA), C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were observed. Liver tissue microstructure was observed with light microscope. Results: The levels of serum AST, ALT, TBA, TC, TG, LDL-C, FFA, CRP and TNF-α in Shugan Xiaozhi Ⅲ Fang Capsule group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01) The serum HDL-C in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in model group (P <0.01). The differences were statistically significant between model group and model group (P <0.01) <0.01). Conclusion: Shugan Xiaozhi Ⅲ Fang capsule can obviously improve liver function and liver tissue structure of rats with fatty liver. The mechanism may be related to lowering blood lipid and relieving inflammatory reaction.
