从传热学角度分析了炼铁-炼钢界面间铁水在受铁、运输及预处理等过程中的散热机理,建立了铁水罐-兑铁包界面模式的铁水温降数学模型,通过实例计算对该温降模型进行了验证。研究表明,铁水罐-兑铁包模式的铁水温降变化较大,以受铁过程的温降为最大,其后依次为兑铁、预处理、运输和等待过程。与铁水罐-兑铁包模式相比,“一罐到底”模式具备较好的界面连续性,能减小铁水温降35%左右,应是未来铁钢界面节能模式的发展方向。
From the heat transfer point of view, the heat transfer mechanism of hot metal in iron-making, steelmaking and pretreatment process was analyzed, and the mathematical model of hot metal drop in hot metal-iron-iron interface mode was established. The temperature drop model was verified. The results show that the temperature drop of molten iron in hot metal tank - iron pack mode is greatly changed, and the temperature drop in the process of receiving iron is the largest, followed by the iron, pretreatment, transportation and waiting process. Compared with the hot metal tank-iron tie model, the “one-pot-to-bottom” mode has good interface continuity and can reduce the temperature drop of hot metal by about 35%, which should be the development direction of the energy saving mode of the iron-steel interface in the future.
