铁路运输设备局部失修和对职工生活欠账太多，是铁路长期存在的老、大、难问题。问题的成因很多，我认为长期以来铁路建设投资结构失调则是重要的原因之一。 The partial disrepair of rail transport equipment and the large amount of debts owed to the lives of workers are the long-existing problems of the old railway, the big railway and the difficult ones.
