钙是骨系细胞内和细胞间的重要信号分子,同时也是细胞外矿物基质的主要组成部分。尽管100多年的科学实践已经证明力学刺激可以影响骨系细胞内的分子信号转导、细胞间的通讯和协同作用以及组织水平的骨矿化和骨吸收,但为了阐明力致骨重建的机制,仍需在力致钙响应和钙传递方面进行更加深入的研究。本文总结了近年来在成骨细胞的力致钙响应和钙传递方面的研究进展,包括:(1)研究细胞力致钙响应和传递的主要实验手段;(2)成骨细胞感受力学刺激并发生钙响应的钙来源和机制;(3)细胞间钙传递的路径;(4)成骨细胞内力致钙响应和细胞间钙传递的特征参数。最后对该领域未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。
Calcium is an important signaling molecule in and between cells of bone cells and is also a major component of the extracellular mineral matrix. Although more than 100 years of scientific practice have demonstrated that mechanical stimulation can influence molecular signaling, intercellular communication and synergy within bone cells, and bone mineralization and bone resorption at the tissue level, mechanistic stimulation, in order to elucidate the mechanisms by which bone resorces, More research is still needed on calcium-responsiveness and calcium delivery. This review summarizes recent advances in calcium-responsive and calcium-transmitting aspects of osteocalcin, including: (1) the primary experimental means of studying cellular calcium-responsiveness and delivery; (2) osteoblastic sensory stimulation and (3) Pathways of intracellular calcium transport; (4) Characteristic parameters of intracellular calcium response and intracellular calcium delivery of osteoblasts. Finally, the future research direction in this area is prospected.
