河南汤阴县第一中学重构县中班主任评价机制。平时,以量化考评为主;期中,进行阶段性评价,质性评价的权重增至70%;期末,将教师每月考评结果、个人发展目标达成情况、学生期末考试成绩按4:3:3的权重汇总,进行终结性评价。学校还创设了“自评奖”、“单项奖”、“柔性评价”等个性化评价方式,弥补常规评价的生硬和缺憾。
