泵送混凝土施工工艺的不断进步和广泛应用,使大型筏箱、承台基础和详细、箱形基础等基础在高层及工业建筑中广泛使用。大体积混凝土出现的最主要的问题就是温度裂缝,探讨大体积混凝土温度场和环境温度的关系具有重要意义。本文简要阐述了大体积混凝土的概况,详细的论述了大体积混凝土温度裂缝的成因及其危害,并结合具体某工程模型分析了大体积混凝土温度场和环境温度的关系。最后针对对控制大体积混凝土温度裂缝,提出了相关建议。
Pumping concrete construction technology continues to progress and widely used, so that large-scale raft box, cap base and detailed, based on the basis of box-shaped and other high-rise buildings and industrial buildings in widespread use. The main problem that appears in mass concrete is the temperature crack. It is of great importance to discuss the relationship between the temperature field and the ambient temperature of mass concrete. This article briefly describes the general situation of mass concrete, discusses in detail the causes and the hazards of mass concrete temperature cracks, and analyzes the relationship between the temperature field and the environmental temperature of mass concrete based on a specific engineering model. At last, some suggestions are put forward to control the temperature cracks of mass concrete.
