建立一种用于食品塑料包装中乙苯与苯乙烯含量的顶空气相色谱检测方法,对顶空平衡温度、平衡时间的影响进行研究。结果表明,平衡温度在110℃、平衡时间在30 min时,选用Stabilwax(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)的毛细管色谱柱上能得到很好的分离;该方法中,乙苯单体的检出限为1.0 mg/kg,苯乙烯单体的检出限为2.0 mg/kg。在3.0~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;平均加标回收率分别为92.7%~94.3%和88.0%~95.2%,相对标准偏差分别为3.6%~8.3%和2.8%~7.6%。
A headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of ethylbenzene and styrene in food plastic packaging was established to study the influence of head space equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time. The results showed that the capillary column with Stabilwax (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) can be well separated at equilibrium temperature of 110 ℃ and equilibrium time of 30 min. In this method, the detection of ethylbenzene monomer The limit of detection was 1.0 mg / kg and the limit of detection of styrene monomer was 2.0 mg / kg. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 3.0-20.0 mg / L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.
