为了验证高温纯氧气在自身增压管系内高速流动的安全性,以及氧保险阀的开启和关闭性能,设计并建立了氧安全性验证试验系统。详细介绍了氧安全性验证试验系统中氧气源供应系统、氧气加热系统、颗粒物入射系统、控制系统等的组成;重点论述了试验关键工艺技术,包括高温氧气的获取技术、氧气源的供应和输送技术、试验调试工艺、安全措施等;通过2次自身增压管系验证试验和1次氧保险阀验证试验,充分验证了试验系统的安全可靠性,试验结果表明,该系统能力满足氧安全性试验需求。
In order to verify the safety of high-temperature pure oxygen in the high-speed flow in its own supercharging piping system and the opening and closing performance of the oxygen valve, an oxygen safety verification testing system was designed and established. The composition of oxygen source supply system, oxygen heating system, particle incident system and control system in oxygen safety verification test system are introduced in detail.
