从高职院校食品类专业《食品生产工艺》课程改革思路、课程改革目标、课程改革总体教学设计、课程改革的项目实施模式等方面进行了探索与实践,并阐述了课程改革实施过程中的体会,以期更好地建设课程资源,完善课程改革教学模式。
This paper explores and practices the courses of food production technology curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges, the objectives of the curriculum reform, the overall teaching design of the curriculum reform and the project implementation mode of the curriculum reform, and also elaborates on the reform and implementation of the curriculum reform Experience, in order to better build curriculum resources, improve the curriculum reform teaching mode.
