基于模拟试验和理论分析研究了活塞环-缸套的擦伤问题,测量了在不同的内燃机转速、润滑油及环境温度下发生擦伤的载荷及表面本体温度。根据试验结果通过混合润滑分析确定了发生擦伤时的微凸体承载量,并以此为基础采用Blok公式计算了微凸体瞬现温升,首次定量确定出了活塞环-缸套发生擦伤时的表面接触温度,建立了活塞环-缸套发生擦伤时的临界膜厚比准则
Based on the simulation test and theoretical analysis, the piston-cylinder liner abrasion problem was studied. The load and surface body temperature of the piston-cylinder liner were measured under different internal combustion engine speed, lubricating oil and ambient temperature. According to the test results, the bearing capacity of asperities during bruising was determined by hybrid lubrication analysis. Based on this, the instantaneous temperature rise of asperity was calculated by Blok formula.
