我国传统法学本科教育长期以来存在“重理论、轻实践”的倾向。吉首大学法学专业教学特色鲜明,在长期的实践和摸索下,总结出法学专业“打破四个界限”的实践教学模式,按照理论教学与实践教学整体设计,实践教学分类规划、单独考核的原则对法学专业实践教学模式进行改革,重点围绕法学专业学生能力培养目标和实践教学对理论教学的反作用来对法学实践教学内容进行系统设计。
The traditional undergraduate education of law in our country has long existed the tendency of “emphasizing theory and practicing lightly”.
