当今软件行业的发展运用越来越广泛,但是国内的软件企业规模普遍偏小。对于中小型软件企业来说,其研发力量、管理水平、资金来源等因素的限制以及企业面临人力资源、开发等成本的高涨,使其在残酷的竞争上处于不利地位。中小型企业有时会遇到已经完成一个项目任务,暂无新项目合作的空档阶段,也会遇到同时有几个项目正在执行,需要大量招聘技术人员的阶段。无论企业面临哪种阶段,用工成本都是企业应当重视的一项管理指标。本文以软件行业通过人才技术信息共享为出发点,寻求企业管理中在保证项目任务完成的同时,减少用工成本的方法。
Nowadays, the development and application of software industry is more and more widely used, but the scale of domestic software enterprises is generally small. For small and medium-sized software companies, the R & D strength, management level, funding sources and other factors as well as the enterprises facing human resources, development and other costs so that its cruel competition at a disadvantage. Small and medium-sized enterprises sometimes encounter a neutral stage that has completed a project task and no new project cooperation. There are also several stages in which several projects are under implementation and require a large number of technical personnel recruitment. No matter what stage the enterprise is facing, the labor cost is a management indicator that the enterprise should pay attention to. In this paper, the software industry through talent technology information sharing as a starting point to seek business management to ensure that the project task is completed, while reducing labor costs.
