建构、完善从政法专业毕业生中招录法官助理的规范机制,有利于推进法院队伍正规化、专业化和职业化建设,有利于促进以法官员额制为核心的法院人员分类管理制度的良性运转。从政法专业毕业生中招录法官助理需要充分考虑法官助理工作的专业性要求,在招录程序、招考内容区别于面向社会公开招录法官助理的招考模式。从政法专业毕业生中招录法官助理,还需要进一步完善单独职务序列法官助理等级的设置、新招录法官助理的初次任用以及晋职晋级等相关配套制度。
Constructing and perfecting the normative mechanism of recruiting judge assistants from graduates of political science and law is conducive to promoting the regularization, specialization and professionalization of the court ranks, promoting the benign operation of the classification system of court personnel based on the judge post system . Recruiting judges assistants from graduates of political science and law should fully consider the professional requirements of judges’ assistants, and distinguish the enrollment procedures and recruitment exams from the recruitment exams modeled on public judges. Recruiting judges’ assistants from graduates of political science and law still need to further improve the establishment of rank of judge assistant in the separate job sequence, the initial appointments of newly recruiting judges assistants, and the relevant supporting systems for promotion of the job promotion.
